Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Professional to be a part for our Clinic. You will be responsible for training and overseeing the performance of Telesales Representatives. Besides, you should also be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. An effective tele sales professional must be an excellent communicator and have people managing skills. Furthermore, you should possess good leadership and decision-making skills. Responsibilities
  • Develop effective sales strategies
  • Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
  • Training Telesales Representatives / New Joinees in the team
  • Define and ensure high performance standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Addressing any customer queries and complaints
Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as Telesales Lead
  • Oversee and manage both quality and volume of new customer acquisitions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lead a team to achieve goals
  • Design and implement strategies and tactics to maximize lead conversions and revenue growth
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
