Role Summary
The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition position at Atlantis Resorts Dubai is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned divisions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple divisions and resort operations
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and selection decisions
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and recruitment events
• Oversee agency relationships and external recruitment partners
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
• Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience across all hiring stages
• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting, metrics, and dashboards
• Support and deliver improvements to recruitment processes and systems
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in talent acquisition or human resources
• At least 2 years experience in an assistant managerial or supervisory recruitment role
• Background in hospitality or large-scale operational environments preferred
• Strong experience in high-volume and international recruitment
• Hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and managing recruitment agencies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
