Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Demand Planning (Safety Stock Management through Forecasting)
- Purchase Order Management
- Stock Turnover Optimization
- Order Trend Stabilization
- Customer Support (First contact (e-mail, phone, system) point for customers for all parts related requests / issues)
- Prepare Reports for Management
- Logistics and Warehouse Support
- Onsite Support (Business trips (Specially in MEA region) for onsite support to the customers)
- Customer Service & SCM (Forecasting, Logistics and Warehouse)
- Communication & Presentation
- Strong computer skills (Excel & PPT)
- Team work (strict no to "not my work" attitude)
- Data analyst
- Problem solving
