- Role: Operations Executive - Order Processing (UAE National)

- Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai / Sharjah, UAE
- Start Date: Immediate to 30 days
- Handle end-to-end order processing for telecom products and services, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, network operations, and logistics for efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer orders, in compliance with telecom regulations.
- Track order status, resolve issues, and ensure high service levels throughout the order lifecycle.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal inquiries related to order updates and customer delivery.
- High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 0-1 year of experience in order processing, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
