Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development
to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong broker relations, channel partner experience, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and developers.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong client pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand the company's professional network.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
Arabic speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in broker relations and channel partner management.
Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and developer landscape.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
