We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to support sales growth, client acquisition, and market expansion in the F&B sector. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the F&B B2B portfolio to hypermarkets, supermarkets, retailers, events & catering service, ensuring high-quality offerings and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the central kitchen and F&B outlets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Support sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Assist in preparing proposals and negotiations.
Oversee event planning and service execution.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing and promotional activities and logistic team for smoot execution.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in F&B, HORECA,
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Willingness to work flexible hours and attend industry events.
