About the role

The Assistant Manager, L&D, is responsible for assisting the Manager, L&D by ensuring that the functions of the learning and development department are carried out effectively and professionally for the organization, which includes but is not limited to facilitating learning and development programs, developing content, and managing diverse projects related to enhancing colleague development, as well as guest experience.

You will also plan, manage, deliver, and administer the training plans and requirements for allocated departments within Atlantis Dubai, whilst working alongside the designated pool of departmental trainers to ensure that both the departmental training and business KPIs are achieved. You will assist in conducting training needs analysis to plan and deliver the required training programs, alongside coordinating and managing the preparation for all the assigned training sessions in terms of training handouts, training support material, signage, and any other training related matters.

About you

The successful Assistant Manager, L&D, will have a minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in a HR L&D role, within a 5* hotel/resort, and have a relevant bachelor\'s degree and preferably have experience working within the UAE. You will also have experience in creating and designing learning content and delivering training programs.

You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees\' needs, and be professional and well groomed.
