As an Assistant Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the planning, delivery, and management of internal audit and risk advisory engagements
Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify control gaps and improvement areas
Leveraging data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large datasets, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights
Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
Monitoring and reporting on key risk indicators and engagement progress to senior management and clients
Developing and delivering training programs on risk management, internal controls, and data-driven decision-making to client teams

Skills

7+ years of work experience in Internal Audit / Risk Management within the civil or construction industry in essential
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or construction engineering is mandatory
Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and internal audit procedures
Qualified level candidate of professional qualification or pursuing (CIA, PMP, Prince2) is preferred
Industry knowledge and focus on real estate or construction is preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Leadership abilities to mentor and supervise team members
Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of services
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent verbal written, and presentation skills in English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
