Role Summary
Apparel Group is hiring an Assistant Manager - Human Capital Operations for its Dubai office. This full-time HR operations role is focused on end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding and benefits to payroll coordination and compliance. What You'll Do

  • Oversee all HR operational processes including onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and SOPs across all HC operations
  • Manage visa processing, insurance enrollments, employee database updates, and digital records audits
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Admin, Government Relations, and Finance to ensure accurate HR data
  • Coordinate onboarding journeys including document checks, visa issuance, and induction programs
  • Administer employee offboarding processes and final settlement inputs for Payroll
  • Consolidate monthly payroll inputs and help resolve any discrepancies
  • Participate in audits, support compliance checks, and contribute to SOP and process updates
  • Act as a point of contact for queries regarding HRIS, benefits, and operational escalations
  • Support cross-functional HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, payroll, and HR compliance
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems, digital records management, and MS Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with various departments
