Key Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities for all Hard Services, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Fire Protection systems. Support in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules. Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Review work orders, maintenance logs, and technical reports to verify task completion and compliance with quality standards. Assist the Manager in preparing maintenance strategies, workload planning, and resource allocation. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to HSE regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Conduct routine site inspections to identify faults, potential risks, and improvement opportunities. Monitor subcontractor performance and validate the quality of completed work. Support in preparing technical documentation including reports, estimates, budgets, and procurement requests. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address technical issues and provide timely updates on service progress.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. 4-6 years of experience in Hard Services or Facilities Management. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and firefighting systems. Experience in maintenance scheduling, manpower coordination, and workflow management. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CAFM systems preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. GCC experience and a valid driving license are an added advantage.
