Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food safety and quality policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor and inspect food production and service areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Train and educate staff on food safety and quality principles.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food safety and quality.
- Monitor and evaluate food safety and quality data.
- Prepare reports and documents related to food safety and quality.
- Maintain records of food safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and quality management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing food safety and quality systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of HACCP and other food safety and quality standards.
