Job Description
FASSCO is looking for assistant manager to supervise operations. The assistant manager\'s duties to work under the supervision of operations manager and also includes managing staff. You should also address complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner. Preferred candidates who are immediately available (Visit/Cancelled Visa) Responsibilities:
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Resolving clients\' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
- Ensuring that the staff adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted.
- Preparing company reports as required.
