Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Sales & Service Incentive Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for computing accurate and timely incentive payouts for the banks sales and service teams. You will manage automated calculation processes, conduct data analysis, and help drive strategic improvements to our incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and precise computation of incentive payouts using automated, code-driven processes.
- Translate complex incentive policies into effective automated workflows.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to evaluate financial impact and program effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on ROI and performance metrics using BI tools and dashboards.
- Enforce standardization and consistency across all incentive deliverables.
- Implement internal controls and conduct audits to maintain accuracy and minimize risk.
- Support compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Statistics, or other quantitative fields.
- Experience: 46 years in incentive computation and management within the banking industry.
