We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 CIT/ATM to join our Cash team in Abu Dhabi.
Scope
The individual controls and supervises all operations ensuring their smooth running and accomplishment within the stipulated timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ATM/CIT AUH operations; assist the Manager in planning, preparation and organization of the operations and other administrative functions of the CIT/ATM staff
- Control and supervise all CIT/ATM AUH operations ensuring their smooth running and accomplishment within the stipulated timeframes and as per customers SLAs; coordinate with clients/customers during day-to-day running of the operations
- Deliver orientation to new joiners before PSCOD qualified; assist the Business Development Manager and plan for new business resources
- Take care of Customer Service queries
- Ensure that staff adhere to all SOPs while carrying out operations
- Ensure that all CIT/ATM staff comply with all order and instructions they receive
- Assist the Manager in new staff recruitment
- Act as a deputy in the absence of the Manager
- Assist the Manager in the preparation of all reports and return to the Head Office and other departments
- Look after the administrative needs of the staff
