1. Convert qualified inquiries into signed lease agreements, company formation and deposit collection.
2. Manage client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
3. Maintain CRM and provide accurate sales pipeline reporting.
4. Liaise with the Engineering and Development teams to ensure client requirements are integrated in the design and execution stages.
5. Work with legal, finance, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure full contractual and operational compliance.
6. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
7. Engage with relevant nodal agencies of the Government of India in India and the UAE.
8. Gather market and competitor intelligence through collaboration with the Central BI Team.
9. Provide management with periodic reports on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer behavior
