What You'll Do

• Maintain and monitor accurate accounting records, general ledgers, and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
• Oversee reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and COD settlements
• Manage payment gateway reconciliations and track refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT and other tax requirements
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and schedules
• Work with Oracle ERP and e-commerce systems to automate reports and enhance controls
• Track and analyze key financial metrics such as LTV, CAC, GMV, and ROAS
• Implement financial process improvements for speed, accuracy, and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, tech, and commercial teams to streamline finance operations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital retail
• Expertise in financial reporting, payment gateway reconciliation, and tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of ERP tools such as Oracle or SAP and advanced Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics and marketplace settlements
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder communication
