Assistant Listing Coordinator

Job Description

  • Must have 2 years experience in Real Estate.
  • Listing Property in CRM and creating Marketing forms.
  • Knowledgeable of the listing rules from Off plan to Off Plan Resale and Secondary Market
  • Gather all listing information and mandatory documents for listing requirements
  • Organize the property details which include Photos, videos, floor plans, a title deed, NOCs, and IDs
  • Contacting Property Portal Support for any listing-related problems
  • Updating listings on the CRM and Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle.
  • Coordinating with the brokers for their listings on different platforms
  • Maintaining a high-quality score of the listings on each platform
  • Strategically using the listing tools PDMS, PIXL and HubSpot to promote the right listings/properties using Platforms\xe2\x80\x99 paid promotion tools
  • Communicating with the brokers to ensure the listing standards and achieving better results on the platforms.
  • Making sure the communication & brand guidelines set is being followed even on the listing platforms
  • Generating leads report.
  • Answering calls, inquiries, and other staff requests
  • Must be a team player to support the sales team.
  • Photography and Videography knowledge is additional advantage.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
