  • Plan, execute, and monitor various training initiatives in collaboration with management team, including Orientation Training, DHA related training, Health and Safety Training, Language Training, INES Online Trainings, Mandatory Trainings set by Dubai Municipality, Accor sustainability Initiatives, and Company Sports & Social Events.
  • Support in crafting a comprehensive training plan encompassing all training activities for the year, subject to quarterly review with recommendations provided as needed.
  • Ensure timely distribution of monthly and weekly training schedules.
  • Oversee the training of Departmental trainers and maximize their utilization in each department.
  • Establish and maintain a filing system for training documentation, records, and materials.
Qualifications
  • Essential service-focused personality and prior leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably as an Assistant Learning & Development Manager.
  • Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in hotel Human Resources/Talent & Culture operations with strong knowledge segmentation.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to influence employees towards excellence.
  • Solid understanding of Hospitality and Accor Hotel Procedures.
