The Assistant HR Manager shall be responsible for the overall gamut of HR functions within NLC (Nimbus Logistics Cargo LLC).
The incumbent should be aware of - TALENT ACQUISITION, TALENT MANAGEMENT & TALENT DEVELOPMENT. He will be responsible for the - -Employee Life Cycle - Hire to Exit.
Prior experience with focus on - Core HR (Manpower Planning); Hiring; T&D; PMS; Comp&Ben; HR Policies & procedures - is a requirement.
Prior experience in HR Operations - Payroll; Leave Management; ESS (Employee Self Service) and ERP (HR) - is a must, as well.
A mature profile with a conscious effort towards - Employee engagement & wellness initiatives; initiate/introduce OD interventions - as the situation warrants - forms the nee of the hour.
Threshold Criteria:
a. Bachelor's degree with HR Specialization
b. UAE Experience of a minimum of 5 years (Freezone or Mainland) within HR. Candidates with Freezone experience shall be preferred
c. UAE D/L (is a must)
