Assistant HR Manager
to support our growing HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and UAE labor law.
Support in policy development, performance appraisals, and training initiatives.
Liaise with department heads to understand HR requirements and provide timely support.
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other PRO-related activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience within the UAE is
mandatory
.
Working knowledge of
Real Estate
and
Facility Management
industries is highly desirable.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills and a good understanding of UAE labor laws.
Must be ready to
