Job Description

Job Summary:
The Cluster Assistant HR Manager supports the HR operations for a group of properties (cluster) within a defined region. This role assists in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The position works closely with the Cluster HR Manager to deliver seamless HR services across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts for the cluster, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
3. Performance Management & Training:
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Track employee progress and support career development initiatives.
4. HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases for the cluster.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, and training participation.
