Organize staff training, including mandatory DTCM service, safety, and hygiene courses.
Payroll & Benefits:
Process salaries (WPS), leaves, and end-of-service benefits accurately.
HR Administration:
Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, and records for audits.
Compliance:
Ensure hotel operations comply with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and DTCM regulations.
DTCM-Specific Responsibilities
Maintain staff records and property registration in the DTCM e-Permit system.
Ensure all guest-facing staff complete DTCM-approved training.
Assist during DTCM audits and inspections.
Benefits:
Aside from the Monthly salary, there will be an incentive monthly after 6 month probationary period.
Food will be provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner
