Your new role Your new role will contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with UAE labour laws, and office administration. Support recruitment and onboarding for office-based roles across departments. Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor law. Administer monthly payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking. Coordinate with PRO / external agents for visa processing, Emirates ID, medicals, and other documentation. Assist with performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and internal communication. Provide support for global HR reporting, audits, and data requests as required. Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs in line with group and legal requirements. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate brings hands-on HR experience in the retail or luxury sectors and plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and a productive workplace environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years of HR and administrative experience. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and experience handling visa and employee documentation. Proficient in MS Office and HR software; experience with payroll tools is an advantage.
