Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced professional HR Manager with in-depth knowledge of all issues concerning HR departments. Must be able to manage programs and lead people as well as possess a strong strategic mindset. The objective is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are met and aligned with all business objectives. Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and coordinate personnel, and Labour relations activities, as well as the policies and practices of a company.
Recruiting and selecting sta\xef\xac\x80, knowing specifically what the talent gaps are and what profile of person will be able to fit each job.
Organize training, promotion, transfer, and dismissal procedures.
Plan negotiations and procedures for determining salary or work structures.
Evaluate the work environment, considering the environment and the status of each employee.
Carrying out personnel administration and procedures such as contracts, payroll, and others.
In conjunction with the management team, establish strategic objectives, development plans and priorities, and direct and supervise their delivery.
Report to and support the General Management in the design of strategies for the achievement of economic and growth targets.
Recommend and implement human resources initiatives aligned with the company\'s strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with current UAE Labour Law regulations.
Resolving issues regarding services, amenities, and policies.
Organising activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Manage performance evaluation processes, succession plans, development plans and target setting policies.
Disseminate campaigns on ethics, sexual harassment, and mobbing, among others.
Develop, coordinate, and implement compensation and benefits policies.
Manage and coordinate training plans.
Supervise the work of HR sta\xef\xac\x80 and provide guidance.
Act as a point of contact for Labour relations and communicate with employee unions. Monitor compliance with internal policies and legal standards through the sanctions regime.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
Demonstrable experience as a Human Resources manager.
Full understanding of how an organization operates to meet its objectives.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
In-depth knowledge of HR management principles and best practices.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Labour and HR management programs.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources would be an asset.
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
