About the role As our Assistant HR Manager you will be first point of contact in our Talent department supporting the wider Talent team and first point with our talents. You will be responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including support of recruitment, compensation, training and development, association/labor relations, and performance management. Additionally, our Assistant HR Manager focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. About you

• Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resources
• Hospitality experience is essential
• HR Management or similar degree preferred
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
