The Role
Job Objective: \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Senior Finance Manager in the core financial accounting and management reporting function. Tax compliance, reporting and strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out feasibility study, market research and other financial analyses. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with Subsidiaries for monthly financial closing. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with all concerned and prepare the Monthly accounts with schedules and carry out periodic update and follow up. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with Subsidiaries (ICH & Others) and prepare consolidated trial balance, P&L, cash Flow and Balance sheet in coordination with SFM and ensure accounts closing time table is followed. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with respective departments and prepare the best achievable forecast for the period. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend to External & Internal audit requirements and review the accounting policies and procedures and suggest updating in line with IFRS and business requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in Microsoft dynamics AX issues / ERP Implementation, coordinate with IT in associated tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other adhoc reporting & presentation for the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by Line Manager/HOD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, rules and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.

Requirements
Requisite Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or business studies. \xe2\x80\xa2 CA/CPA or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Management/Administration is highly desirable. Experience Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 IFRS & UAE VAT/CIT technical knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 With 5 Years of Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry/Reputed Audit Firms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX & Report preparation skill. Should have hands-on experience in feasibility studies, financial modelling & analysis.
