SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall finance management and control of the ME regional offices, associated companies and entities within the designated region. \xe2\x80\xaf KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual results.
- Manage interim and final annual audits both internally and in co-ordination with external auditors.
- Preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with Operations and Sales and advising on Customs, Logistics, Insurance and other commercial matters.
- Prepare the income tax computation on quarterly and yearly basis.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers of Banks for opening and closing bank accounts, new and existing banking facility.
- Monitor VAT filing for Dubai and Abu Dhabi and ensure timely and error free submission.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Monthly variance analysis and review of results and report to management as required.
- Facilitate and assist to provide a faster financial close, update policies and procedures in order to achieve required results.
- Manage commercial trade instrument requirements (LC\xe2\x80\x99s, guarantees, forex requirements).
- Assist with annual statutory financials.
- Manage compliance for VAT legislation and ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Liaise with commercial team for all regional queries and support Commercial VP with all aspects of designated regions.
- Key participation in Global Finance projects, standardisation and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UK Anti-Bribery Legislation and UK and IFRS standards.
- Participate in business development plans for designated regions.
- Supervise, appraise performance and participate in staffing procedures, decisions, training and motivation of employees.
- Ensure the ESR (Economic Substance Regulation) notification and reporting are submitted within the deadline for Dubai and Abu Dhabi entities.
- Additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Master\'s (Preferred)
- Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
- ACCA/CA/ICA Qualification (Required)
