Job Description
Requirement: Experience : 8+ Years Designation : Assistant Finance Manager Location : Qatar Education : Chartered accountants / A certified public accountants (CPA) Functional Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including F&B Sales, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Additional controller duties as necessary
- Project accounting and reporting
- Feasibility studies and reports for new projects
- Cash flow Analysis and reporting
- Generate MIS reports on a regular basis as developed and agreed by the management.
- Promote group mission, vision and demonstrate corporate values.
- Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with approved systems and procedures.
- Efficient use of company resources & contribute towards better environment.
- To protect company\xe2\x80\x99s assets, resources, interest, image, information, data etc.
- Strong in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Initiative and independent judgment
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to fulfill requests or otherwise provide services, accurate information, or assistance in a courteous and timely manner.
- Effective and professional communication skills in Arabic can be plus
