Job Summary
The Assistant Cook supports the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to established recipes and quality standards. This role ensures smooth kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions
Work in a hot, busy kitchen environment.
Standing for long periods and handling kitchen equipment.
Exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
