We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Asst Cook to oversee, enhance and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The Assistant Cook will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proven experience in cooking and baking
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prepare and cook meals as per daily activities and event requirements
Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Ensure all food items are prepared and stored according to safety and hygiene regulations
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
Support the kitchen team in maintaining high service standards
-Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store-in-Charge or Supervisor.
