Job Title Assistant Contract Supervisor

Description

Qualification:
Degree in Hotel Management or service Industry not less than 5 years of experience in similar or equitant position.
Should have EFST and HACCP Level 3 training Certificate.
Reports to the Project Manager and carries out the duties as assigned

Should be capable to train, supervise and organize all departments, i.e. kitchen, bakery, laundry, restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance and administration.
Should have the ability to be patient under stressful circumstances and maintain pleasant demeanor all times.
Knowledge of food Hygiene is a must. Must be familiar with hygiene rules and ensure that all sanitation, health, and safety standards are adhered to and control the staff duty and hygiene standard.
Must poses a very good knowledge of English and should be able to administer and supervise work and personnel for day to day services.
Excellent time management skills, motivational and people skills.
Should have strong listening skills and be willing to work in flexible hours
Should be familiar with organizing and supervising outdoor BBQ parties, VIP banquets, conferences, seminars, restaurants, office and residential pantries services.
