Support the CEO in developing strategic plans and overseeing their execution across departments.
Coordinate with department heads to monitor business performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Represent the CEO in high-level meetings, both internally and externally, when required.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and summaries for board and stakeholder reviews.
Assist in analyzing key financial and operational metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives and change management projects.
Manage daily priorities, schedules, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Identify organizational challenges and recommend improvements in workflows or policies.
Supervise selected administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain discretion while handling confidential and sensitive business matters.
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and staff to maintain transparency and consistency.
Job Profile
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of executive-level support or strategic management experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven leadership qualities and sound business judgment.
