Assistant Catering Coordinator

Job Description

- Handles permit applications, including form completion and coordination with clients.

- Assists with vendor registration via forms or online portals.

- Prepares food labels and nametags for daily catering locations and events.

- Prints daily event schedules and confirmed weekly events for departmental distribution.

- Updates the kitchen board with confirmed events for the following day.

- Supports creation of display menus using Canva templates.

- Submits staff EIDs to clients for specific events upon request from the sales team.

Qualifications:

Must know how to use a computer (email, basic documents, spreadsheets)

Previous experience in catering, events, or hospitality is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Positive attitude and team spirit
