About the Role:


As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top quality service, motivating the team, and maintaining a positive, high energy work environment. You'll play a key role in upholding our standards and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing daily front and back of the house operations Lead and motivate a team of service staff Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Support with staff scheduling, training, and performance management Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers Handle guest complaints professionally Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met

Requirements:



Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B or hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Customer focused and service oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast paced, team driven environment Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic reports is a plus Must be based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred) Female Arabic Speaker
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
