The Role

Elysian real estate, launched in 2006, are expanding. We are looking for an assistant branch manager to look after the palm based leasing and sales team. The role will involve training and mentoring the leasing team, motivating them to achieve the set targets as well as helping the sales team. The assistant branch manager will be responsible for tracking the KPI\'s of each team member, conducting regular meetings and one on one support as well as carrying out training. The role will be an integral part of the growth at Elysian, assisting with the recruitment process, hiring and attracting future candidates into the team.
