Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Assistant Sales Manager position with minimum 2 years experience in sales at managerial level position is required for a leading trading company with following requirements: Should have managerial level experience in distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales of the branch. Should be able to train, coach, develop and motivate the branch personnel. Should possess strong leadership and analytical skills. Must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi both. Should be able to assess local market and International market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to ensure that the sales targets are met. Supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and ensure that they meet their targets Liaise with other branches and work in line with company growth strategy?
