About Us:
Velvett Cakes is a Dubai-based cloud bakery known for premium, handcrafted cakes. We're looking for a proactive and reliable Admin & Bakery Assistant to support daily operations -- from handling customer orders to assisting in cake production when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage WhatsApp and online orders (Deliveroo, Talabat, etc.) and coordinate deliveries.
Respond to customer inquiries and take custom cake orders with attention to detail.
Support Admin tasks such as order tracking, stock updates, and supplier coordination.
Assist the chef during peak hours or staff leaves (stacking, filling, and decorating cakes).
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or admin in F&B industry.
Knowledge of baking & cake decoration is a must.
Good communication (English required) and coordination skills.
Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Must be based in Dubai.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
