Job Summary: Looking for an Assistant Administrator in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Respond to phones and welcome visitors to office
  • Assist in preparing office communications
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Handle accounts and perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Plan and coordinate staff as well as other meetings
  • Prepare and edit documents from letters to reports as well as instructional documents
  • Carry out any other relevant tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree from a recognized university
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite
  • Must be able to prioritize work and take initiative
  • Should be a team player with strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be creative, open-minded, flexible, able to analyze and make decisions
