Client: A leading health tech solutions provider in the UAE
Job Summary: The Emirati Executive Assistant/Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the senior management of the client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a knowledge of the DHA/healthcare industry (not essential).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence of the senior management
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings
Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments and stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the senior management
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrator, or a similar role in a healthcare setting
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Familiar with the UAE healthcare system, regulations, and policies
Emirati nationality or valid UAE residency
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
