:

Day- to-day operations:

• Responsible to Issuance of reservation confirmation letters and clearance letters to Jadaf clients
• Ensure the vessels are received in the operations yard in a timely and efficient manner.
• Enter the vessel details into the company system.
• Issuing Arabic letters for coastguard & immigration authorities
• Liaise with coastguard & immigration to finalize the requirements from customers, such as evidence for 21 days stay in yards or for a specific State Immigration Authority.
• Responsible to send official notification to port control of the list of vessels cleared for inbound and outbound travel.
• Communicating commercial information and provide general information to customers when required.
• Maintaining a central filing system for all relevant documents.
• Sending Monthly report to the manager with regards to the total no. of booking of vessels and the total no. of cancellations every month.
• Interacting and assisting subordinates for all activities of the section.
• Follow-up with Operations and ensure the operations are in line with the reservations weekly plan.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the department manager.
