Al Fariq Properties LLC is a leading real estate company in Dubai, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to join our dynamic team and provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, including invoices and BPOs.
Assist with various administrative and office management tasks as required.
Maintain organized files, records, and correspondence.
Use MS Word, Outlook, and Excel efficiently for day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in invoicing and preparing BPOs will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently.
