Act as the point of contact in the UAE for communication between team members, and site staff.
Oversee daily office operations including front desk, correspondence, and office supplies.
Coordinate with the PRO for all employee visa-related processes.
Tack visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewal to avoid penalties.
Maintain up-to-date records of all employee visa and residency documentation.
Manage administrative renewals (trade licenses, tenancy contracts, insurance, etc.).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Handle accounting tasks including petty cash.
Coordinate with vendors & Clients.
Assisting staff members with accommodations and supporting them for requirement.
Assist staff with accommodation arrangements, including room assignments, move-ins, and move-outs.
Act as the point of contact for employee accommodation-related issues.
