Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling daily joinery production activities.
Coordinate with the Production Coordinator, Design team, and Factory Supervisors for project updates.
Follow up on material availability and support procurement in timely ordering.
Monitor production progress and report any delays or issues.
Support manpower allocation and daily task assignments inside the factory.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation and updating production trackers.
Support factory operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Assist in enforcing health, safety, and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
5-7 years of proven experience in
Joinery Production
.
Strong understanding of joinery materials, fabrication methods, and production processes.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of production planning tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
UAE experience preferred.
