We are seeking a Markets & Trading Team Lead to join our growing team. In this leadership position, you will oversee the end-to-end management of trading systems and market operations on our centralised crypto exchange. You will take ownership of the platform's trading pairs and listed assets--including new listings, maintenance, market depth, and liquidity management--to ensure a secure, fair, and efficient trading environment.



You will be responsible for real-time system performance monitoring, coordinating issue escalation, and ensuring market integrity through proactive oversight and data-driven decision-making. The role also includes leading daily operational reporting and cross-functional coordination in English, driving continuous optimisation across trading operations and market structure.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Pair Management

New Listings: Conduct project due diligence and evaluation, coordinate integration and testing with project teams, manage internal cross-department communication, and lead external announcements. Pair Maintenance: Monitor existing trading pairs, track project updates, and coordinate timely actions such as contract address changes or technical adjustments. System Monitoring & Trade Execution Oversight Monitor real-time market performance, including order books, execution engines, and user trade flows. Ensure accurate and timely internal risk coverage. Detect, track, and escalate trading anomalies.

Market Operations & Reporting

Prepare and distribute daily operational reports covering system health, trading activity, anomalies, and key performance metrics. Coordinate with trading, risk, and engineering teams for system maintenance, updates, and incident resolution. Contribute to post-incident analysis and continuous improvement of system monitoring processes

Operational Support & Process Management

Participate in market operations tasks, including trading schedule updates, pair listings, and liquidity checks. Support system testing prior to major releases or feature launches. Proactively identify and propose improvements to automation and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience at a cryptocurrency exchange. Minimum 1 year of team management experience, with the ability to independently design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Working knowledge of centralised exchange market structure, including order books, matching engines, and margin systems. Understanding of crypto spot and derivatives products (futures/perpetuals). Strong attention to detail with a high degree of responsibility. Professional English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to prepare clear incident reports and team updates.
