We are seeking a User Operations Leader to drive OneBullEx's global user growth and engagement strategies. This leadership role is responsible for managing the full user lifecycle -- from initial registration and deposit to active trading, engagement, and retention. You will oversee a team focused on optimising conversion funnels, improving user experience, and achieving key acquisition and trading performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead the User Operations team, establishing standardised processes and best practices. Design and execute user acquisition and trading campaigns, including budget planning, execution, and risk control. Manage operational budgets, track performance, and conduct cost-benefit analyses. Analyse user behaviour and lifecycle data to uncover insights and inform product and marketing strategies. Develop and refine user conversion and retention strategies to maximise trading engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher. 2-5 years of experience in user operations, growth operations, or campaign management. At least one year of team management or leadership experience. Proven ability in data analysis, strategic planning, and performance optimisation. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accountability.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience at a crypto exchange or fintech platform is highly valued. Strong analytical mindset with a keen sense of user behaviour and data-driven decision-making. Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. * Collaborative leader who can work effectively across trading, risk, and technology teams.
