Summary: As the Asset Manager for Huda Beauty you will focus on organizing and optimizing digital assets, such as images, videos, and other creative materials. Ensuring that these assets are easily accessible for creative teams the asset manager will maintain consistency across campaigns and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. This role will collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in delivering creative content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Asset Organization

• Implement a systematic approach to asset storage and retrieval to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring the digital asset library remains up to date at all times and is reflective of the latest materials produced
• Efficiently organize and catalogue digital assets, including images, videos, and other creative materials.
• Ensure it is easy to access digital assets and provide support in locating assets when necessary
• Coordinate with the creative teams to obtain and categorize new assets.
• Work closely with the monetization team to assist in the development of their content stream.

Project Management

• Collaborate closely with creative production, post-production teams, marketing, and various markets to comprehend their asset requirements and preferences. \xe2\x80\xa2
• Lead cross functional communication and collaboration to optimize processes related to assets.
• Guarantee timely delivery of all assets.

Asset/Rights Management

• Work closely with creative production and post production teams, marketing and markets to understand their asset needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with copyright laws and usage rights related to digital assets and ensure the library is always updated in terms of the same, consulting with legal & regulatory where necessary.

Reporting & Optimization

• Work with Data Analytics team to create reports on asset utilization, accessibility, and other relevant metrics that can help provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a similar role with proven experience in digital asset management
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of digital asset management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of branding principles and creative production processes.
• Strong understanding of rights and copyrights
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for beauty and cosmetics is a must.
