Position Overview
ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity and Process Safety Engineer to oversee and implement asset integrity and process safety frameworks across ADNOC projects. The role ensures that all integrity management processes are effectively executed throughout the project lifecycle, safeguarding operational reliability, safety, and compliance with ADNOC's technical integrity standards and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of Asset Integrity and Process Safety (AI & PS) policies and procedures to maintain integrity throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as the technical integrity focal point for project-related verification and ensure all integrity activities are tracked, monitored, and completed
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of AI & PS systems, ensuring alignment with ADNOC's corporate integrity and safety strategy
  • Conduct internal assessments and audits to verify compliance with asset integrity standards and process safety requirements
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring AI & PS key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with shareholder and project objectives
  • Participate in hazard identification, risk management, and process safety reviews for new and ongoing projects
  • Develop and execute AI & PS audit and assurance programs to evaluate compliance levels across project teams
  • Track and manage deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions to ensure timely closure and compliance with ADNOC integrity management systems
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on AI & PS performance, audit outcomes, and KPI achievements for senior management review
  • Collaborate with the Operations Excellence (OE) Division and other departments to enhance technical integrity culture and operational safety performance
  • Participate in community of practice meetings to exchange best practices, lessons learned, and emerging methodologies in asset integrity management
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent discipline)
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in asset integrity management and process safety within the oil and gas sector
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and integrity verification processes
  • In-depth knowledge of AI & PS principles, HSE practices, and international engineering standards
  • Familiarity with KPI design, performance monitoring, and auditing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination capabilities with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
