Job Responsibilities:
Assist in laying, spreading, and leveling asphalt on road surfaces using rakes and other hand tools.
Ensure a smooth and even surface during asphalt paving operations.
Work closely with paving machine operators, truck drivers, and laborers.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during all operations.
Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of tools and work area.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in asphalt paving or road construction.
Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
Knowledge of asphalt raking techniques and safety practices.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to high standards of work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
