Key Responsibilities:
Operate asphalt paver machines safely and efficiently on road construction projects.
Ensure accurate paving thickness, width, and surface smoothness.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Coordinate with the paving crew to maintain consistent workflow and quality standards.
Comply with all site safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
? Proven experience operating asphalt paver machines.
? Valid UAE Driving License No. 8 (Heavy Equipment).
? Strong knowledge of machine controls and paving techniques.
? Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
