Job Summary:

The Asphalt Division Manager is responsible for developing and achieving the company's objective by producing and delivering a verified product with the lowest cost while maintaining the highest managerial and safety standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage plant operations with overall responsibility and accountability for short-term planning, implementation, and maintenance of cost controls, communications, productivity, and quality Ensure the continued availability of quality raw materials to meet the production needs of the asphalt plant Provide professional and adequate supervision for the plant, technical, and operational issues Direct and manage the activities of unbound and bituminous material laying, including human resource allocation plan, equipment condition, and usage Ensure a safe and healthy environment for people and equipment Control the cost and quality of the material produced and laid to ensure a verified product Coordinate and manage the stakeholders for all related projects Develop and implement a business plan and budget with a clear vision Create a vision of success throughout the organization helping to improve efficiency in all departments Provide leadership and develop human capital, including Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, HR, and Community Relations departments

Required Skills:

Bachelor degree in Engineering minimum 11 years of experience Commercial & Negotiation skills MS Office skills
